* No pages that use blind links, misleading links, pop-ups, consoles, exits, or evil scripts that add bookmarks, force dialers, or any of that shit. If we get any viruses on our computer you will be beaten at the next webmaster event, brought back to life, and beaten again at the following webmaster event!!
* A reciprocal link is required and must be placed on the same domain, clearly visible.
* Your site must be of good quality, No bannerfarms, content is king! Submit a site that has a nice layout; good content; good recips; easy to surf; and you should get listed.
